Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
Take 2x 35cm baguettes cut 2.5cm-thick slices into each one across (don’t cut all the way through).
Combine 150g butter, 4 garlic crushed garlic cloves, and 2 tbsp. fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves and 1 tbsp.
finely chopped fresh chives in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread over cut sides of baguettes.
Wrap each baguette in foil,
bake for 15 minutes or until butter is melted and the baguettes crisp
